The first annual National Day of Remembrance was officially launched with an April 23, 2013 press release [PDF]. The event took place on Saturday, September 14, 2013, and was a great success, with over 100 memorial services held at locations all over the country, including 38 gravesites of aborted children. The event has continued to grow year by year ever since.
